Welcome to Our Wyndale Community
A Community Where We All Belong
About the Community Our Wyndale Community is a family, children, and furry-friendly community nestled on 20 acres of lush Appalachian Mountain countryside just outside the small city of Princeton, WV. Wyndale is a beautiful neighborhood built on a solid sense of community where everyone feels supported and connected. Our community is filled with wonderful neighbors and is ideally situated minutes from Princeton via Athens Road (Route 20). Princeton is a city in and the county seat of Mercer County, WV, with a population of ~5,900 with convenient city amenities. Wyndale rests at ~2,438 feet above sea level and enjoys four seasons with less humidity. Our homes are brightly colored vinyl and brick facade exterior homes that are hallmarks of this desirable neighborhood. Classic and traditional style homes with picturesque backdrops provide a natural setting. Wyndale is a short 4.6 miles from the I-77, exit 9 off-ramp. Continuing north for 4.5 miles on Route 20 is Concord University, and 11.4 miles north is Pipestem Resort State Park. We are 16 miles from the Bluefield State University and 50 miles from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (VA Tech Hokies) in Blacksburg, VA. Wyndale was established in 1999 and is filled with 156 homes. The Wyndale Maintenance Association (WMA), Inc., is incorporated as a domestic, non-profit corporation in West Virginia. WMA’s officers are a voluntary group of residents who strive to maintain and improve the community. |
